Order Filling Process

What we do when we receive your order:
 
  1. To start with, your prescription is reviewed by one of our pharmacy technicians to ensure it is complete and fits your Customer Profile.
  2. Then each prescription issued by your doctor is reviewed by one of our licensed medical doctors.
  3. Next it is submitted to a licensed pharmacist for dispensing in accordance with College of Pharmacists guidelines.
  4. Finally, we check the prescription against your order before sending it to you by mail. Generally all prescriptions are filled, checked and in the mail within 5 business days after they are received.

Express 3 to 5 Business Day Delivery

Our express delivery service offers a tracking number for all packages. The cost per package is $14 regardless of the number of prescriptions you purchase.

TCDS will accept full responsibility under this shipping method for any loss or damage, unless clearly not our fault (e.g. if we were given the wrong address).
